Refund Policy
Last updated July 2, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for BoschPilot subscriptions and the Kohi AI voice receptionist (the “Service”). Because our payments are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Paddle and are also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.
1. Subscription Refunds
BoschPilot is billed monthly in advance. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund of your most recent subscription payment within the refund window described below. Refunds apply to the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods once a billing period is under way, except as required by law or at our discretion.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
Paddle, as our Merchant of Record, provides a 14-day refund window on eligible purchases. If you request a refund within 14 days of a charge, we will honor it in accordance with Paddle’s policies. Requests made after the 14-day window may still be considered on a case-by-case basis but are granted at our discretion.
3. One-Time Setup Fees
Certain plans include a one-time setup fee that covers the configuration and onboarding of your clinic’s Kohi assistant. Because this work is performed at the start of your subscription, setup fees are generally non-refundable once onboarding has begun. If you cancel before any setup work has started, the setup fee is eligible for a refund within the 14-day window.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@boschpilot.com with the email address associated with your account and the approximate date of the charge. You may also see refund options in the receipt email Paddle sends for your purchase. We will review your request and coordinate the refund with Paddle. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to the Service until then. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period; if you believe you are entitled to a refund, request one as described above. After cancellation, your account data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Merchant of Record
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all BoschPilot purchases and handles refunds accordingly. This means Paddle processes payments, issues invoices and receipts, and administers refunds on our behalf. Your purchase and any refund are therefore also governed by Paddle’s buyer terms in addition to this policy.
